All
reservations generally be answered 24hs after they be received except
Sundays and Public Holidays. When a reservation is confirmed it
may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. All payments
should be received before the arrival of the client. As soon as
the payment is received, the Travel Agency will send the voucher
electronically.This voucher should be presented at the front desk
of the hotel at the moment of the check-in.
Terms
and Conditions:
PAYMENT – All bookings are prepaid. Payment
by credit card and bank transfer are accepted (all bank charges
should be paid by the client).
Cancellation
Policy:
1 ) If notification of cancellation is received
after payment is done and before the 14 working days (not including
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior to check in date:
There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing
fee 5% and if the payment was through a bank transfer all bank charges
for the refund of money should be paid by client. From 21/12 to
18/01 the cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival
.
2 ) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working
days (not including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior
to check. in date: a credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night
room charge will be done. In case of bank transfers all bank charges
should be paid by the client.
