Itinerary

Day 1 - Sunday 29 - ARRIVAL TO HAVANA. WELCOME IN VARADERO

Arrival at José Martí International Airport. Reception and assistance by the agency representative. Transfer to Be Live Adults Only Los Cactus hotel in Varadero. Check-In. Welcome cocktail, handing out of the program and the identification badge.

Day 2 - Monday 30 - RECEPTION

Breakfast at the hotel.

17:30 - Welcome cocktail at the Piano Bar. Cocktails, information about the event and the rules of the golf course.

22:00 - Karaoke night at the Piano Bar.

Day 3 - Tuesday 31 - PRACTICE ROUND

Tee times for this round will be posted during the Welcome Cocktail Reception.

06:30 - Breakfast at the Buffet Restaurant.

07:00 - Transfer to the golf course.

07:30 - Tee off time.

12:00 - Return to the hotel.

18:30 - Sunset Party with live music at Dunas Bar.

20:00 - Night and Seafood Show at the Buffet Restaurant.

Day 4 - Wednesday 01 - TEAM COMPETITION: SCRAMBLE FORMAT

06:30 - Breakfast at the Buffet Restaurant.

07:00 - Transfer to the golf course.

07:30 - Tee off time.

12:00 - Return to the hotel.

19:00 - Dinner at El Mojito Restaurant.

21:30 - Rock night with live music at the pool.

Day 5 - Thursday 02 - INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION: STABLEFORD FORMAT

06:30 - Breakfast at the Buffet Restaurant.

07:00 - Transfer to the golf course.

07:30 - Tee off time.

12:00 - Return to hotel.

19:30 - Awards and Gala Dinner.

Day 6 - Friday 03 - DAY OF FRIENDSHIP

Excursion "Getting to know the local life" (to be booked upon arrival with the hotel's Public Relations).

19:30 - Gala Dinner at the Buffet Restaurant.

22:30 - Costume Party on the beach.

Day 7 - Saturday 04 - FAREWELL

Breakfast at the hotel. Farewell and exchange of e-mails. See you in 2024! Check out.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a $ 100 cancellation fee.
